We are looking for a Paediatric Speech Pathologist to join our wonderful, multidisciplinary team. The person we are looking for needs to be flexible, adaptable, a great communicator, love working with children and families and be able to work independently with self-discipline and enjoy variety. We are also offering some clinical supervision in this role to help support the candidate as they develop their skills in the area of Paediatric Speech Therapy. This role would predominantly be based in Parkes and Forbes, NSW. The successful Speech Pathologist would work closely with the other Senior Speech Pathologists on our team, as well as our two Paediatric OTs, Paeds Physio, Key Worker, Exercise Physiologists and multiple Allied Health Assistants. Caseload/Job Role: Community-based Paediatric Speech Pathologist: Working closely with school aged children at school, home or in the clinic for speech and language development. Also working closely with an Allied Health Assistant in running small groups and prescribing programs. An adult caseload is also available based on experience and interest.
Compensation:Full time employee or part time employee: Rate of pay starting from $35-40/hr (depending on experience). Super will also be payable at the standard rate. All leave entitlements, including sick leave and annual leave are included in this role, as well as allocated study leave, and in-house personal and professional development. Annual reviews with the potential for an increase in wage and options for a more senior role progression are a part of the role, along with flexible KPIs depending on experience of the successful applicant.

Hours/days:9am-4pm Monday-Friday with flexible work arrangement encouraged
Travel: All travel will be payable. From your door, to ours
Clinical Supervision & Professional Development:Depending on level of experience of successful applicant, Clinical supervision will be offered on a regular basis. Assistance with costs for external professional development is offered, on a case by case basis. In-house PD is provided on a monthly basis.
